Added two sections
editI added two new section ("Dialectal differences" and "Grammar") based on Aymonier's "Grammaire de la langue chame". This book is rather outdated (1889), and the transcription can undoubtedly be improved upon, but as it's the only reference I have been able to lay my hands on so far, this is the best I could do. Whatever the shortcomings, at least we have much more information now than before. Any further amplification/correcting is, of course, more than welcome. MuDavid (talk) 11:10, 2 May 2012 (UTC)

Sources
editMost of the information is coming from the one source Aymonier 1889 and the two dictionary links at the end of the article have yet to be cited. If a credible source could be found, expanding on the language's history would be nice. Dylanmk (talk) 06:03, 7 September 2016 (UTC)
Transcription of Vowels
editIt's very hard to relate the vowels described in § Phonology to those, used in most other sections of the article, which seem to reflect the vowel system of Vietnam, Cambodia or (possibly) France. @MuDavid, Rajmaan, and Dylanmk: - can you shed any light on what system they do use? yoyo (talk) 12:03, 22 June 2019 (UTC)
