editI have attempted to clean up this article, but the creator appears intent on introducing poor grammar and isn't communicating. Jezhotwells (talk) 00:41, 11 November 2011 (UTC)
1904?
editThe section on 1904 seems somewhat unlikely. Yes, of course the church was there, but were there a large number of Muslims there in 1904? Also, what was the name of the church? The architect is mentioned, but not the church name. --DThomsen8 (talk) 15:07, 13 November 2011 (UTC)
- Found and cited church name, if anyone has access to Brent Borough archives there is material there, ref NRA 36370[1] Jezhotwells (talk) 16:02, 13 November 2011 (UTC)
- Good work on the church name and details. Should this be Category:Grade II listed buildings in London or Category:Grade II listed churches in London, given that it is no longer a church? Does the Grade II listing help make it a notable building? --DThomsen8 (talk) 17:20, 13 November 2011 (UTC)

Sources
editI notice what appears to me to be the sustained attempt by a user (who has at least improved from an earlier stage of not bothering with evidence at all) to verify facts, support assertions and prove the notability of events relating to the mosque by relying heavily on the website of the mosque itself and, on occasions, by adding sources that do not actually say what the editor apparently wants readers to think they say. Sources should be reliable, factual and neutral. An article that relies on information primarily from the subject of the article is unlikely to meet Wikipedia's standards of accuracy and impartiality.GorgeCustersSabre (talk) 22:04, 6 March 2012 (UTC)
Slimming down the article, April 2020
editI’ve been watching this page for over eight years (see my 2012 comments above). It was an excessively detailed and poorly referenced article. I have now finally removed information that I had tagged as unreferenced in February 2012. Eight years is certainly long enough. In good faith I based my edits on the Wikipedia guidelines on including too much detail in articles and sections and on the Wikipedia guidelines on “being bold” while editing.
