This article could be expanded upon in several ways. I think the article would benefit from a section discussing his horse showing/performance career both leading up to the Olympics and after. It appears he passed away 6 years after the Olympics. What was the cause? In addition to needing expansion, I noticed the second sentence, "In 1928 he and his horse..." could benefit fro some restructuring. I would suggest adding a comma after 1928.
Is it uncommon for equestrian Olympic riders to compete in more than one event/style of riding? I would like to propose including a source or citation if it is. Mnsvyc (talk) 02:51, 2 September 2016 (UTC)Reply
