Is the "Capricious Summer" official translation of the film title? The English translation of Vančura's book (considered for a long time as "untranslatable") uses the title Summer of Caprice. Beautiful and funny book and film, btw - exceptional play with possibilities of the Czech language. --Vejvančický (talk) 09:19, 6 April 2009 (UTC)Reply
Hello. It's the title used on IMDb for the American release and was the translation used on Jiří Menzel's article before I edited it. Thanks for your hardwork in cleaning up the Czech lettering too! Lugnuts (talk) 11:41, 6 April 2009 (UTC)Reply
