Latino USA did interviews with the grandchildren of massacre survivors [1] that might provide more background on the effects of the event. And check out research done in the books "Chicano!" and "Felix Longoria's Wake", to provide more information and expand the article. I hope to help later, and thanks for all you're doing.C. W.
