In the French-language version of this article, the 2001 Chief Review Services report appears instead as the 2001 report of the "Comité d’examen de programme de défense biologique et chimique" (in English, Biological and Chemical Defence Review Committee). In point of fact, one of these must be wrong. I checked the 2001 BCDRC report and found no mention of a recommendation that would have led to CJIRU.
