Structure of article

edit

Can we restructure the contents of this article? The reverse chronological sequence makes reading comprehension excessively difficult for anyone trying to follow the story of events from scratch! Cheers, Andrew Gwilliam (talk) 02:46, 18 June 2011 (UTC).Reply

We can discuss alternatives, of course, but the problem is that the current Cabinet should definitely be on top, and that it therefore makes some sense at least to present it chronologically from there... Perhaps we could have the current Cabinet at the top, followed by previous Cabinets in chronological order from the oldest available? Aridd (talk) 08:11, 18 June 2011 (UTC)Reply
I think what you've suggested is appropriate. I appreciate that the events of the past year or more mean that keeping this article in a cohesive state must be a bit testing for a person's sanity! I think putting the subsections on past administrations in sequence from earliest at the top, working down to June 16th at the bottom, will mean we'll have an article that "tells a story", which is really what's needed for this complex series of comings-and-goings.
Oh, and kudos for the work you've been putting in on this quiet corner of Wikipedia! Andrew Gwilliam (talk) 00:40, 21 June 2011 (UTC).Reply
Thanks! I've restructured it to put it in chronological order. Aridd (talk) 09:07, 27 June 2011 (UTC)Reply
That's great, it's much easier to make sense of now. Andrew Gwilliam (talk) 11:06, 27 June 2011 (UTC).Reply
