12th Annual Big Science Thing
editPerhaps we should state that the 12th ABST was in reference to this behing the 12th season? You can see its the 12th ABST from the banner outside the building. ĞavinŤing 08:40, 29 April 2007 (UTC)
Incorrect Plot
editThe plot has a few errors, most noticably that Lisa did not spray the salad dressing on Tatum, but the nerd sweat. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.255.194.1 (talk) 23:23, 10 November 2007 (UTC)
- Yeah, and the chemical that had set her off, the "Poindextrose" wasn't a mixture of pencil shavings and chemicals, it was their natural nerd-pheromones... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.73.70.113 (talk) 03:19, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
Title reference
editThe title is clearly a reference to Bye Bye Birdie, but I don't have a reference to confirm that. -LtNOWIS (talk) 08:10, 15 February 2011 (UTC)

- Lede: "In the episode, when she becomes the target of a female bully named Francine, Lisa discovers a scientific reason as to why bullies pick on nerds and demonstrates her findings at a science conference." -> "In the episode, after Lisa becomes the target of a female bully named Francine, she discovers a scientific reason as to why bullies pick on nerds and demonstrates her findings at a science conference."
- Production: "twelfth season of The Simpsons (2000–2001)" -> "twelfth season of The Simpsons (2000–01)"
- Personally, I would change the "Release" heading to "Reception", but not a biggie
- Yeah but since the section covers more than the reception I thought this heading was a bit more appropriate. Theleftorium (talk) 09:48, 17 June 2012 (UTC)
Those are the only issues I could spot. On hold for seven days.--Gen. Quon (talk) 13:48, 16 June 2012 (UTC)
