Proposing merge from Bo (Chinese surname) to Bo (surname)

Merge Neither article is that large. It would serve readers who are trying to disambiguate that all the folks withe the surname be on the same page. I realize that the names on Bo (surname) have different etymologies than those on Bo (Chinese surname), but even the latter has three different etymologies.
