Can Takely be spelt correctly on the map? I can't see how to edit it. Thanks 89.240.5.206 (talk)
Note re uncompleted line
editI have removed information that suggests that this line either did not reach Bishops Stortford os Witham. Several sources I have found say that it did, and moreover the Braintree to Witham section needed to allow it to connect with the GEML is still open. If the passage is intended to mean that a planned physical connection at BS was not made this should be more clearly stated. Britmax (talk) 15:05, 4 May 2009 (UTC)
Comment added
editThe following comment was added by an IP (81.153.234.44) and left in the main body of the article. I have moved it here for the sake of clarity and so that it does not disrupt the flow of the article. Comment is as follows: The map accompanying this article is in error, as there was never a north facing junction at Bishops Stortford. The joy of all things (talk) 19:50, 13 December 2017 (UTC)
