I would also recommend expanding the lead slightly in order to summarise, but I'll turn a blind eye as I recognise information could be scarce in this subject matter

"The house's "Lightning Splitter" design harkens to the superstitious belief that the sharp angled gable would deflect bolts of lightning" - is this claim in the source given?

"The house is located on the southwest corner of Pawtucket Avenue and Willett Avenue (Rhode Island Route 103)" - personally I wouldn't use brackets for the road

"were not listed in the National Register of Historic Places nomination serve to further enhance its importance" - 'serve'?
