Birthplace
editEnglish Wikipedia page says he's born in Shanghai. Chinese Wikipedia page says he's born in Los Angeles. Any reputable English source on his birthplace? Kylinki (talk) 03:52, 18 December 2024 (UTC)
Nationality context in lead
editMOS:CONTEXTBIO defines what is what goes in the intro sentence of the lead. Nationalty is where person is a permenant resident and does all notable activites which in this case is American. Former nationality and birth location don't belong. Wang left China as a child and emigrated to the US with his mother, was raised in US and did all notable activities in the US. MOS:ETHNICITY is explicitly excluded from mention so Chinese-American, an ethnicity adjective, is not a valid description. Geraldo Perez (talk) 18:04, 20 December 2024 (UTC)
