Hardened penetrator? Does anyone else find this name strange? Gamernotnerd (talk) 16:20, 31 July 2008 (UTC)
Why would it be retired? The SDB is only 250 lb whereas the 109 is 2000 lbs. They are meant for different applications. Lamjus 08:22, 28 February 2006 (UTC)
- The SDB is equal in penetration power. What applications did you have in mind for this bomb over the SDB? --The1exile 18:44, 28 February 2006 (UTC)
The SDB is going to be used for very specific purposes. SDB and BLU-109 are like apples and oranges.
Sources, References and citations needed
editThis article is extremely incomplete, in structure and content. It needs references, sources and citations; so it can be expanded into a reasonable article.
I'll tag as "references needed" (no relevant tagging yet!) and add some structure; also will try to find some additional info online (don't have reference books on this topic handy).
Kind regards, DPdH (talk) 06:09, 22 January 2009 (UTC)
