I argued this earlier this year, and had it deleted again, does anyone know how we can get my content back?
Here was the justification I used with the admin that deleted the page, although they deleted these comments and refused to restore the page[1]
From WP:BAND: A musician or ensemble (note that this includes a band, singer, rapper, orchestra, DJ, musical theatre group, etc.) may be notable if it meets at least one of the following criteria:
Has released two or more albums on a major label or on one of the more important indie labels (i.e. an independent label with a history of more than a few years, and with a roster of performers, many of whom are notable).
2 studio albums released via independant record labels ([1] & [2])
Has had a single or album on any country's national music chart.
Their album 'Instinct' hit the billboard chart ([3])
Hi, I don't quite understand, it looks like you previously had this discussion and the admin, while unwilling to recreate the article (on very plausible grounds), was willing to email the content to you. If you didn't follow through or can't find the email, I would just follow the admin's directions to request it. You might want to specify the date of the version you are looking for and perhaps mention that article has been recreated after being unsalted in a recent DRV. The current version of the article could use building out, so if there's good stuff from the old version, I'd encourage you to go get it. --Hobbes Goodyear (talk) 00:13, 17 May 2012 (UTC)Reply
