The citation from the BBC included in the article states "Williams would now be 83 but BBC Scotland News has been unable to establish whether he is still alive." Therefore, stating "was a British accountant, criminal and fraudster" would be presumptuous without verified proof he had actually died. Mmberney (talk) 21:11, 3 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
