SheDevilEsq (talk) 23:10, 27 April 2019 (UTC)Hello, fellow Wikipedians,Reply

I see that the page discussing me is tagged for speedy deletion. I meet several of the criteria for notability (including "person has made a widely recognized contribution that is part of the enduring historical record in his or her specific field," "scholars (collectively referred to as "academics" for convenience) are notably influential in the world of ideas", "Authors, editors, journalists, filmmakers, photographers, artists, architects, and other creative professionals"), however as I understand the rules, my providing this information is not acceptable. How does one go about proving this (particularly as a) I was the one who received the notice, and b) I am the one who has the best access to all of the relevant information?)

FWIW, there is video of my various testimony in my legislative work, as well as links to all of the episodes of my television show, at annepmitchell.com

Thank you!

Anne

If you are the one with the best access to these materials, the ideal scenario would have you providing them here on the talk page. The best item to provide is one where someone independent of the subject of the article has written and published non-trivial works that focus upon the subject. If you have received significant coverage in multiple published secondary sources that are reliable, intellectually independent of each other, and independent of the subject, those should be provided first.[1]

  • If those arent available, then multiple independent sources may be combined to demonstrate notability; trivial coverage of a subject by secondary sources may not be sufficient to establish notability.
  • Primary sources may be used to support content in an article, but they do not contribute toward proving the notability of a subject.[1]

Please feel free to provide here on the talk page any sources which meet the requirements above. When ready to proceed, please open a new edit request. Thank you! Regards,  Spintendo  02:58, 28 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
