how does the conductivity of amorphous silicon differ from crystalline silicon, and what is the mechanism by which charge carriers is produced. Does passivation make it an insulator? Does passivation prevent it from becoming contaminated with other chemicals? Can amorphous silicon be used to form P-N junctions?
