Needs Updating

This article could use some updating and maybe a whole section on how this changed when NCLB was replaced by ESSA.

States Late With Data About AYP

More than a dozen states will not release information about whether schools have met achievement targets under the federal No Child Left Behind Act until after the school year begins, and about a dozen more are just releasing their lists in mid-September, 2006, a few weeks after they were due.
