Until clarification. there is definitely no kurgans in Abakan itself. Second, I fail to find anything similar to Li Kitai; only EB mirrors. mikka (t) 03:57, 29 September 2005 (UTC)
- The 1911 EB original says "hieroglyphics". Kitai is Russian for China (Kitai-gorod). Possibly a reference to the Li people? Or maybe the Kitai Tartars. --Auric (talk) 21:04, 20 September 2008 (UTC)
