Intro
editHi, this is the first legal entry that I've written, the only reason I've done so is that it was red-texted on List Cases UKHL and I'm familiar with the case. I've mainly focussed on the s33 discretionary power and its relevance when looking at s11. There are other concerns in the case, in fact the case was six conjoined appeals, but this is the main point of law and I think the most relevant. Source links are all attached so if anyone wants to get more in depth they can but this seemed about right for wiki. --J mortimer (talk) 21:17, 2 December 2010 (UTC)
