Split time

Ruth Jebet's time is a split from her former 8:52.78 world record. Is that split time accurate to the distance she ran? The distances in a steeplechase lap vary based on the measurements of that specific stadium. It would take some mathematical work to locate this pointed then set up a camera to get the accurate time.
