Larry Collins started the magazine with his wife Pamela in their home. A significant boost in the magazine's popularity came when Chaunce Hayden, the magazine's former chief editor, promoted it on The Howard Stern Show. In 2012, Dan Lorenzo took over as editor, contributing to both editorial content and advertising sales.[1]
