Sandeep Chhillar[1][2][3][4] is the Founder and Chairman of the Landmark Group of Companies,[5] a real estate developer in India. Sandeep began his career in 1992 as an Engineer specialised in computer networking technologies before making a shift to the real estate industry in the early 2000s.
Under his direction, Landmark GOC[5] has developed several residential, commercial, and retail projects, including Landmark Golden Villas[5][4], Landmark Cyberpark[4][5], Joy Street[5][4], and co-working spaces such as Plus Offices[5][4][6] and VentureX[5][4][7]. His commitment to sustainability and innovation and customer-centric approach have established Landmark as a prominent player in the industry, creating sustainable value for stakeholders and end users.
