Naveh Kesh (Persian: ناوه كش)[a] is a village in Dowreh Rural District of the Central District of Dowreh County, Lorestan province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,070 in 245 households, when it was in the former Dowreh-e Chegeni District of Khorramabad County.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,629 people in 276 households,[5] by which time the district had separated from the county in the establishment of Dowreh County.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 983 people in 275 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
