NFSC provides a four-year Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Fire Engineering and in-service training programs for Central and State Government personnel.[6]

In March 2024, Dr. A. R. Sontake was appointed as the executive director and professor at NFSC.[7]

Curriculum and training
