Mayko Nguyen is a Canadian actress. She has appeared in ReGenesis, Rookie Blue, Killjoys, and Hudson & Rex.

Early life
editNguyen grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. She got her schooling at Eric Hamber Secondary School. Nguyen developed her acting skills while attending the University of British Columbia.[1]
Career
editNguyen has had lead and recurring roles on a variety of television series, including Bloodletting and Miraculous Cures,[2] Cracked[3] and Slasher.[4] Nguyen's most notable television roles are Mayko Tran on ReGenesis,[5] Sue Tran on Rookie Blue[6] and Delle Seyah Kendry on Killjoys.[7]
Nguyen's film work includes Going the Distance,[8] The Last New Year[9] and Below Her Mouth.[10]
Nguyen is also a stage actress, and performed in The Unending during the 2016 Toronto Fringe Festival,[11] and Salt-Water Moon in the spring of 2016.[12] Starting 2019, she also stars in the Citytv show Hudson & Rex, a serial police drama where a police detective has a German Shepherd as a partner. Her character is the coroner and forensics specialist and occasionally goes out on cases.
