Kottagulli Bhagya Lakshmi (born 1984)[1] is an Indian politician from Visakhapatnam district, Andhra Pradesh.

Early life and education
editShe is born in Paderu, Visakhapatnam. Her father Kottagulli Chittinaidu is a farmer. She completed her M.Sc. in 2006 from Andhra University.[1] She married Narasinga Rao.[2] She has a son, Vivek Vardham, and daughter, Jasmitha Sree.
Political career
editShe was elected[3][4] to the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly representing YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) in the 2019 Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly election from the ST-reserved Paderu constituency of Visakhapatnam district. She is one among the 12 woman MLAs elected to the AP Legislative assembly in 2019.[5] She was denied a ticket in the 2024 election.
