Kate Logan is an American politician who serves in the Vermont House of Representatives from the Chittenden-17 (formerly called Chittenden-6-2) district as a member of the Vermont Progressive Party since 2023. She was elected in the 2022 Elections with 45.0% of the vote alongside Jill Krowinski.[1] Logan was born and raised in Chicago, she earned a B.A. in philosophy in 2009 and a Ph.D. in social and political philosophy in 2017 from the University of Oregon. She previously worked as a non-profit executive.[2]

Logan was invited by Ben & Jerry's workers to oversee a "card check" in Burlington during the unionization process, 35 of 39 staff voted in favor of unionizing.[3]
