Karaoke (Hebrew: קריוקי) is a 2022 Israeli comedy-drama film written and directed by Moshe Rosenthal in his directorial debut.[1] Starring Sasson Gabai, Rita Shukron and Lior Ashkenazi accompanied by Aryeh Cherner, Kobi Faraj, Alma Dishi and Timur Cohen.[2]

Synopsis
editMeir and Tova, a middle-aged couple, live in one of the towers in a new neighborhood in Holon. They feel stuck in a sleepy rut and that they are wasting their lives. But when Itzik, a modeling agent from Miami, shows up in their lives, everything suddenly changes.[3]

editKaraoke had its world premiere on June 10, 2022, at the Tribeca Festival.[5] It was released commercially on September 29, 2022, in Israeli theaters.[6]
