Ed Cavanaugh (born August 24, 1928) is an American former college football player and coach. He served as the head football coach at Idaho State University in Pocatello from 1968 to 1971 and the United States Military Academy from 1980 to 1982, compiling a career head coaching record 30–40–2.[1]
