Rahgir (born 18 May 1993 as Sunil Kumar Gurjar[2]) is an Indian singer, composer and song-writer from Sikar, Rajasthan.[3][4]
Early life
editRahgir was born in Sikar, Rajasthan, India.[5][6] He completed his early education at Indira Senior Secondary School in Khandela, Sikar.
Education
editRahgir completed a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications from Lovely Professional University, Punjab.[7]
Career
editSoftware engineer
editRahgir initially worked as a software engineer at Accenture for 1.5 years from 2014 to 2016.[8]
Singer
editHe then began performing at local cafes and clubs in Pune. He is known for his original compositions on YouTube.[9]
His stage name "Rahgir" means traveller.[10] He has travelled 16 states in India with the aim to share his poetic compositions and melodies.[11][12][13]
With the world so set on tearing itself apart, it doesn’t seem like such a bad thing to me to want to put a little bit of it back together. I believe in this philosophy of Desmond Doss.
