David Armstrong Fink is an American business executive who served as the president of Pan Am Railways from 2006 until 2022. In December 2024, president-elect Donald Trump named Fink as the administrator of the Federal Railroad Administration.[1]
Early life
editFink was born to David Andrew Fink, a railroader who worked for Pennsylvania Railroad and Penn Central Transportation Company and later served as the president of Guilford Transportation, later rebranded as Pan Am Railways.[1]
