Submission declined on 16 November 2023 by WikiOriginal-9 (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Submission declined on 12 November 2023 by Greenman (talk). This submission does not appear to be written in the formal tone expected of an encyclopedia article. Entries should be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources. Please rewrite your submission in a more encyclopedic format. Please make sure to avoid peacock terms that promote the subject. Declined by Greenman 11 months ago. |
Submission declined on 11 November 2023 by Vanderwaalforces (talk). This submission appears to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies. Declined by Vanderwaalforces 11 months ago. |
- Comment: Please wait until this subject dies so you get honest coverage. Stuff the subject wrote or interviews the subject gave do not connote notability. Press releases and other churnalism don't create notability, either. The fact that this is blatant ad copy is proof that you should not be allowed to edit Wikipedia, at all. - Comment: Statements such as
He highlighted the role of the Cargills Food City team, comprising young individuals from various regions of the island, in fostering the sport's growth in Sri Lanka
andHis LinkedIn profile further reflects his commitment to health and safety issues, including those related to epilepsy, aligning with his role at the IHC Group and his contributions to Epilepsy New Zealand
are considered promotional, please see WP:WTW. Find a way to rephrase this without subjectively promoting him. Vanderwaalforces (talk) 23:25, 11 November 2023 (UTC)
