Balthazar Théobald-Brosseau's background is in business and entrepreneurship, notably in the art industry, having previously founded OAZARTS! contemporary art magazine at the age of 15[2] which was distributed across London, Paris and Los Angeles. Noé Fraidenraich's background is in business and entrepreneurship after graduating from HEC Paris.
Club Legacyz today
editSince its inception, Club Legacyz has formed partnerships with notable athletes, including Marco Verratti, Raphaël Varane, Kyrie Irving, Tony Parker, and Teddy Riner, and is partnered with some of Europe's most elite football clubs, including Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, Arsenal, and Manchester City.
Athlete Collaborations and Partnerships
editIn its first year, Club Legacyz partnered with French NBA legend Tony Parker to create a limited-edition poster (999 copies). The release included fan access to a video conference with the four-time NBA champion alongside a raffle for signed memorabilia. Similarly, the company collaborated with French judo champion,Teddy Rinner, donating half of the profits from his Legacyz poster to causes he supports as a UNICEF goodwill ambassador.[3]
In 2022, Marco Verratti, ex PSG midfielder, became the first footballer to collaborate with the brand and create a limited edition poster. Designed by Parisian artist Nairone Defives, it shows Verratti's connection to Paris, his home since he arrived at the club aged 19.[4] In 2023, Raphael Varane, a key figure in French football, teamed up with the brand to celebrate his international career[5] with profits donated to Stages Varane, a charity aimed at encouraging young people to engage in sports. Kyrie Irving became the next basketball athlete to partner with the brand. Currently playing for the Dallas Mavericks, Irving and Club Legacyz created a custom basketball that represents his vision of promoting healthy relationships with basketball as a unifying source.[6]
Club collections
editIn 2023, Club Legacyz expanded its offerings by launching its first club collections. These included collaborations with top European football clubs, such as Manchester City, Paris Saint-Germain, FC Barcelona, SL Benfica, and FC Bayern Munich. Each collection featured leading players from these teams, showcasing the club's players alongside exclusive artwork.[7][8][9]
