Charlie Schmidt's Place is a somewhat fake business that sells t-shirts and other types of merchandise. The merch is real, the locations are not. Its locations can be found in Buchanan, Michigan[1] and Byron, Illinois.[2] They sell t-shirts of seniors from John Hersey High School as well as other people with relations back to the band. They have t-shirts with designs from famous people and groups, such as Taylor Swift, Charli XCX, Arctic Monkeys, and Weezer, as well as others. T-Shirts typically go for $16-$18 and can go even as low as $15. Magnets cost $5. People typically claim to have interest in buying merch and then do not purchase anything.
