Charles Edward Orth Jr. (September 9, 1913 – April 6, 1994)[1] was a justice of the Maryland Court of Appeals from 1976 to 1980.[2]
"born in Baltimore. He graduated from Friends School in 1931 and from The Johns Hopkins University in 1935 ... He had the highest three-year average at the University of Baltimore law school when he graduated in 1939".[1]
