764 is an international extortion cult, classified as a terror network by the U.S. Department of Justice, and is considered by the FBI as a "tier one" terrorist threat.[2] The Canadian RCMP also classifies 764 as an "ideological violent extremist network", and it has been characterized as a "satanic neo-nazi cult" by multiple sources.[3][4][5][6] 764 is most present on Discord and Telegram and usually targets children ages 8 to 17, particularly marginalized children or those suffering from mental health challenges.[7][8][9] Perpetrators are usually either young teenagers (aged 14 to 19-years-old) or sadistic adult men.[8] 764 originated in an underground, decentralized community on Kik, WhatsApp, and VK in 2016.[10][11]
It was not until Cadenhead would create 764 in 2019, getting its name from his town's ZIP code[10][12][13], and operate on platforms like Discord, where Brad would become involved with malevolent extortion groups like Anarchy, Legion, or CVLT[14], which would inspire Brad to begin extortion.[12] Victims are forced to commit recorded acts of self-harm to disseminate internally or shared on social media platforms.[15][1] They are often blackmailed or extorted into carving (e.g. names, symbols, phrases) into their skin as "cutsigns", a form of branding to showing their subjugation to the group.[6][16][8] Victims are sometimes given the end goal of committing suicide on livestream for the network's entertainment or for the perpetrator's own sense of fame within the network.[17]

School
editBradley Cadenhead’s Eighth Grade Controversy
During Bradley Cadenhead’s eighth-grade year at Henderson Junior High School, a series of events unfolded that placed him at the center of disciplinary and legal scrutiny. These incidents, spanning September 2018, revolved around allegations of threatening behavior and disruptive actions that drew concern from school staff, students, and law enforcement.
The situation began on September 12, 2018, when a student named Joey Avalos reported overhearing Bradley make alarming statements about bringing a weapon to school and harming others. Assistant Principal Brian Sanders immediately conducted an investigation, which included interviewing witnesses and searching Bradley’s belongings. Witness accounts conflicted, with some denying the alleged threats and others mentioning unrelated comments about building explosive devices. Bradley denied all accusations, and no evidence of weapons or harmful intent was found during the initial inquiry. As a precaution, Bradley was assigned to in-school suspension (ISS) for the remainder of the day.
In the following days, additional accusations emerged. Another student, Ethan Barns, reported that Bradley had made repeated threats to harm others, including references to violent actions and satanic imagery. These allegations aligned with concerns raised by Bradley’s teacher, Mrs. Vandenburg, who described his behavior as disruptive and disturbing. According to her, Bradley had expressed a fascination with gang violence, weapons, and violent online content, leading her to feel unsafe in her classroom.
The cumulative reports prompted Officer Benny Payne of the Stephenville Police Department to reopen the investigation. Interviews with witnesses yielded conflicting accounts, with some corroborating the allegations and others disputing them. Notably, Mrs. Vandenburg and her aide, Loretta Ketchum, submitted written statements expressing fear for their safety due to Bradley’s behavior and statements.
On September 18, Bradley was taken into custody and charged with making terroristic threats. During this process, his parents were notified and involved in the legal proceedings. Subsequent discoveries further complicated the case, including social media posts attributed to Bradley that depicted weapons and contained messages perceived as dismissive of the seriousness of the allegations.
The school district, represented by Assistant Principal Sanders and Superintendent Matt Underwood, supported the decision to file charges. Additional evidence, including activity on Bradley’s school-issued iPad, revealed searches related to violent and controversial topics, further raising concerns among educators and law enforcement.
While the case ultimately highlighted a range of conflicting testimonies and interpretations of Bradley’s behavior, it underscored the challenges of addressing perceived threats in a school environment. The events had a profound impact on the Henderson Junior High community, sparking discussions about student safety, mental health, and disciplinary measures.
This narrative reflects a critical period in Bradley Cadenhead’s life, marked by controversy and legal ramifications that left an indelible impression on all parties involved.
Brad hadn’t had much of a father, and his mom was a strict Christian. For every year his mother grew older, Brad’s heart simultaneously grew colder. Brad would present himself with the alias "ProudSatanist.” He built a reputation through being cringey and edgy, and was often bullied by people like Rex. For example, he larped having access to Hitmen. For some strange reason, he felt that he had to prove to everyone he was evil. The product of a ghetto breed of neglect and mental degradome. Much of his attempts were faced with cold eyes, and practically all of the older, more mature, trolls, well, trolled him; shit on him; for being an edgelord 13 year old. There was someone as young and impressionable as Brad in TPM as well, who also just so happened to get bullied for his satanic praising edginess - who I will refer to as Trippy. Brad and Trippy became close friends. Suddenly, TPM’s owner disappeared, for reasons unknown, so it was the responsibility of Brad to maintain the server. Which he did, for a few months. And after these months of ownership, Brad got an understanding of how these types of Kik communities worked, and through this, he built connections from his reputation of ownership.
764 Partners
editBecause of his growing reputation, Brad got in trouble with the FBI for the first time. It was because he’d been sharing illegal content. Thankfully due to his young age, he was not sentenced, but he did disappear from online presence unheard of by anyone. Not much later, he returned. At this point I can positively identify his alias as Felix.. Months had passed, and TPM had slowly begun to die. As if it were a perfect opportunity, Brad was sick of being one of the many participants of an Anarchist community, and gave in to his deranged personality. He came up with the idea to create a community of his own. He wanted to create a group that was better than TPM, more dangerous and shocking, something that would be known and feared. And so, the first step to creating 764, the most feared discord cult, was... stealing 764.
764 originally belonged to a group on Instagram, which was decently known for their fansigns, but participated in skimming and sim-swapping. Brad took this community in as his own - making the first 764 a stolen name from a completely unrelated group, which is why the meaning of 764 has never been released to anybody - They operated on Discord, a place where they’d have the chance to gain a (reasonably) new audience, 764 Partners was created. Brad invited over some of his friends from TPM, as well as some real life friends, including Trippy, Kay (friends with trippy), Bo Adikson (a friend of Brads), Kush, to name a few, to join 764 Partners. It started as a small Discord server, where they’d just pass around gore in channels and "pack" each other. To spread their influence, Brad and Trippy created edits and logos to promote their group. Oftentimes, gore was included in their edits to entice people to join their group, a tactic that had notoriously worked.
764's Evolution
editThe group picked up lots of Notoriety, and as Felix. got older, he expanded his arms out to many similar groups, including those of which his friends of TPM were involved with, Anarchy, CYX, H3ll, XFH, Sian, Scumz, CVLT, i.e. This access to an expansive network of individuals helped draw in a large audience of inter connected individuals. This opened Felix. to new ways of spreading their groups horror and shock- Brad started extorting, doxing, and swatting; anything he could do to get respect and fear under 764. He stepped up to spreading CP. And so, with targets all over over him, he finally fulfilled the Scarface fantasy stuck in his brain. Tired of the random children treating him the same as the other random children. Trippy disagreed with this movement, as he was more about the gruesomeness of the gore, arguing 764 should strictly be a satanic-based gore group. This argument went on for days, nearly splitting up 764. They came up with an over ruling that Brad will spread the CP and Trippy will do the editing. And with this, Brad began his extortion wave. He and his pedophile friends made people cut and harm themselves and others, do terrible things to their pets, vandalise, kill themselves, expose themselves, ect. Why? Because if they didn’t, he’d dox them; and swat them. He became a master extortionist, with the ability to gain any persons information to his advantage, whilst trippy promoted it all.
Many important events happened during this era, including:
- The death of (a close friend of mine) Gorvaged
- actively spoke the famous animal dog rapist Adam Britton
- Jaden and I would often talk about music, he would share his own music with me. This is my favorite song of his. Honestly before writing about him now I haven't thought about him in such a long time- over a year. I remember listening to that song during school in Freshman year... retro.
- Events of CVLT member, and friend of Brads, o9a (also known as Kaleb Merritt)
- Online, Kaleb was apart of a group known as CVLT, and in that group, he went by "o9a". His intrusive thoughts surely won when he needed some cunny irl and decided to yank a wank from his discord groom victim. Here is the news about it .
- The arrest of SCUMZ and CVLT member Angel Almeida
- He went by "Duck", "gorebutcher", "Black Pilled Coomer", and "@necropedocel", to name a few.
- Is often and mistakenly associated with 764 and O9A. While he was a practitioner of the Nine Angles, he was never directly connected to 764 itself, only through CVLT where he would communicate with Brad.
- The arrest of MK Ultra
764s network vastly expanded, and the influence had expanded, a web of interconnected communities grew and were formed based on 764, it was every tweens dream to be like Brad. Many important and self-indulged individuals bragged about their reputation, with priorities that were less important than the group, as they were about themselves and the power they had. As individuals, these teenagers were harmless, acne-ridden losers, but together, they were a feared and notorious group. 764 Became so notorious, that eventually the consequences of Brads actions caught up to him.
The Arrest of Cadenhead
editOn August 25, 2021, there was a knock at 16 year-old Brad’s door. At the moment, he was on his couch, asleep. When his sister answered the door, she was greeted to a federal raid. When they woke him up, he was terrified. The feds sat both him and his mother down, and explained what Brad had been doing online. His mother looked at Brad and cried, as the horrors of his actions had been revealed to his mother. Brad devastated her, he had forsaken her. It seemed his whole world stopped, he couldn't even process what is happening… His corruption had successfully changed his fate. He remembered how his mom used to come home late, working hard for nothing, because now, he couldn’t even look at the woman that had once given him birth. In his head, he wept out to the sky, because he was terrified and lost, but only the devil responded, because God showed him as much mercy as Brad showed his fellow humans. Right then he knew what it was to be truly empty and cold, and so he vowed that he’d quit com. (For legal reasons) His step-father stayed in touch with Stepan and I for the months preluding his trial. His step-father told us that Brad would take up refurbishing curve-side furniture and resell it, if he was found not guilty of course. That was a month before his trial. Now 17 years old, I believe he has either completely abandon his previous life, or is now incarcerated. Either way, goodbye friend. It was nice knowing you. At this point, 764 become free-reign for anybody. While the most relevant and notorious members of 764 claimed their roles as owners, it seemed that everybody was so self-entitled that they found themselves worthy to be owner. Of course, this was absolutely not true.
The group owned by Riley and co-owned by XCVY was the most well-recognized to be legit. I was still around at this point, but very far less active and involved since I was fedded in January of 2022. Tobbz was a friend of Riley, who soon became very active. He was a very strange person, to say the least. He was extremely bipolar and strangely obsessive, especially over 764. Tobbz wanted to be major like the Nazis and the Sadists, but when he tried to step up to them, they showed him no interest. After a while, Tobbz would take his dedication to the next level, and start killing animals live on video for us as a tribute. Eventually, he would become a member of 764, and often repost 764 edits and content onto his Instagram. Tobbz asked Riley for other gore communities, as he wanted to be a very well known member, and so he was introduced to me. I introduced Tobbz to a very good friend of mine at the time, Egor Krasnov. I knew Egor through his group, MKU. He looked up to me, to say the least. Tobbz wanted to join the MKU, however, in order to join the MKU, Tobbz had to kill someone of Jewish descent.
If you would like to read the entire story of Tobbz's life, click here.
After Riley's release, he gave up 764, and decided to settle down. XCVY moved onto to greater projects. Many tried to recreate or revive 764, but this simply did not work. 764 and all of its affilliates, known as "com" are a big giant clusterfuck of autistic virgin edgelord nerds. Unfortunately, they might never leave this lifetyle. They will either become alt-queer or meth heads.
And that is it. The rise and end of 764.

The Life and Story of Tobbz764
By Michael Thomas, formerly "STEVO."
At the age of 7, the German state enlisted a company known as Ensemble to place Toby with a family in Sibiu County, despite court declarations labelling him "a danger to others." The German state paid Ensemble 437.18 euros per day for Toby's care in Romania, with various individuals, including Marcel Șatiș, overseeing it. In total, there were at least eight individuals responsible for Toby. Toby's phone was checked by one person, while another served as an accompanying pedagogue, and so on. Weekly check-ins were conducted by a different individual, and private lessons were provided by someone else. A German coordinator from Ensemble, pivotal to the project, frequently travelled to Romania to assess Toby. During the initial years, Toby visited once a month, encountering changing coordinators over his six-year stay in Romania. Periodically, a German psychiatrist consulted Toby, gradually reducing psychiatric treatment until it ceased after the first year in Sibiu County.
Despite never being formally enrolled in Romanian education, Toby received private lessons in geography, history, English, and German. A collaborator from Sighisoara, appointed by Ensemble, represented Toby with Romanian authorities. Toby's relocation to a "serene Romanian village" noticeably brought about a positive change. He arrived in Romania in June 2016, and a 2018 evaluation report from German authorities indicated a significant calming effect after the move from a large German city. Spending two years with the family in Sibiu reduced the frequency of "crises," with instances of physical aggression becoming less associated with "strangulation," as noted in the document. In 2019, Toby began attending a German distance school for grades I-IV but did not complete it. The German Youth Office monitored Toby from a distance, visiting Romania twice, with some meetings conducted online. Marcel Șaitis recalls one visit to the institution's German headquarters, emphasizing the ongoing remote oversight.
The new coordinator would have tried some less conventional pedagogical methods. For example, he took Toby on Sundays to hunt wild boars. Although he went hunting, he was not allowed to kill the animals or butcher them, but he liked to watch. The coordinator explained to him how the animals are killed, where to insert the knife, how to cut, as the minor declares.” During a visit to Mediaș, Toby entered a hunting store where he bought 5-6 knives, one of which he used to commit the acts. Toby was diagnosed with depression in 2021. In the spring of 2021, Toby arrived at the Psychiatric Hospital in Sibiu, accompanied by the pedagogue from Sighisoara, a collaborator of the German company. The teenager had threatened to kill himself if he did not see his mother in Germany, whom he could no longer visit due to the pandemic. He says that "He was depressed because he couldn't go to his mother.”
The teenager was diagnosed and treated for adjustment disorder depressive-behavioural reaction, official documents from the file show. Toby was treated with Prozac, the teacher says in court. Toby's mother, as well as the Ensemble company, were notified, but the foster family was not. Around this time, he found his way into com. Toby was severely influenced by depravity and the horrible parts of the world, which fueled his mental illnesses. Around this time, he found his way into com. Toby frequently tortured and killed animals in the name of the group he belonged to, 764. He even created a murals across his walls, as dedication. His foster family did not see this as alarming, as Ensemble instructed the family to allow him to freely express himself through art. As his twisted mind grew, he acquired a bloodlust. In search for new degenerate communities, Khvoikin introduced Toby to a murder cult known as M.K.U/M.M.C. MKU required Toby to murder a man of Jewish descent and Woman of Gypsy descent as his initiation, to prove his dedication to the fascist movement of the MKU.
On the morning of April 12, 2022, K. went with one of his sons, who had returned home from Denmark for the Easter holidays, to the cemetery to look after the graves of his loved ones. It would be the last day of his life. Around 12.20, K. went down to the garage, where she crossed paths with a massive young man, whom she did not know, who had a phone in his hand. It was Toby, tall and hunchbacked, with a child's face. Within minutes, Toby attacked the woman and brutally killed her. He kicked her, then cut her throat. The young man filmed the entire scene which he then shared on the Internet.
Signs of radicalization also reached his body, as tattoos. He did the first one at a salon in Sighisoara, accompanied by his teacher.
That day, at noon, he decided to call Riley on Discord. He began his hunt. He found and attacked an 82-year-old man from Mediaș. Riley filmed how Toby pushed the man, who fell down the seven steps outside his block of flats, then slashed him with a knife on his face and hands, causing the victim to bleed profusely. The man was found by a neighbor who thought he had fallen down the stairs by himself. He called an ambulance and the old man was taken to the hospital. However, no one there notified the police, and the man did not remember what happened.
"I killed someone two hours ago,”
"I feel like God"
Toby later boasted on Telegram, exaggerating his actions but anticipating what he would do in a few days. The old man had traumatic injuries that required 16-18 days of medical care to heal, but he did not die. However, the fact remained unknown, passing under the radar of the authorities. Crimes against elderly people are easier to commit, the authorities being superficial in such situations, Toby wrote to 764.
Two weeks later, on April 12, Toby was supposed to have classes with his teacher. However, Toby’s teacher became sick from COVID and was hospitalised. With his day off, Toby told the teacher that he was going to walk in Mediaș for a few hours, to have fun, because his teacher was sick. He also announced his crime in a chat:
"You gonna see me do some crime in four hours?"
Before meeting K. at the garage, the teenager wanted to kill a Roma man from the same neighbourhood. But he called the police and escaped. The young man then crossed paths with the 74-year-old woman from Mediaș and killed her. He filmed the scene and then shared it online to several people.
"I can decide who lives and who dies"
He then wrote on the Telegram application, after committing the crime, a few hours before he was picked up by the police from the yard the house in Dumbrăveni where he lived. He was caught because there were surveillance cameras in the area where he killed the woman. He admitted his actions The footage of the assault on the 82-year-old man, as well as the video of the crime, were found in his phone. Authorities also found child pornography, as well as "a lot of material with violence in every imaginable form, beheadings, bombings, abused children."
Because of Toby's arrest, Egor made a PSA in the MMC telegram chat, he wrote (see images):
13.04.22. К СОЖАЛЕНИЮ ВЫНУЖДЕНЫ СООБЩИТЬ О ПОТЕРИ В РЯДАХ КУЛЬТА. 12.04.22. "NECROHUNTER" was a name used by Tobbz within the M.K.U
Because of his brainwashing from the MKU, Psychiatric examination determined that he had discernment Ideation centered on purifying the world through racial cleansing, which was the key principal of the group. The intellect is average to weak, and the language is coherent. Personality undergoing disharmonious antisocial structuring. Toby set fire to the cell in which he is imprisoned and received treatment with Diazepam. The German authorities do not consider themselves responsible. Toby turned 18 in pretrial detention. The placement measure has ended. He risks a maximum of 15 years in prison, being tried as a minor, explained the case prosecutor. He is defended by an ex officio lawyer. Only for the prosecution phase did he have a lawyer paid by the German state. We asked to do an interview with him, but the authorities at the Aiud Penitentiary refused, citing, among the reasons, his "young age," accommodation with the prison system, but also "that he presents beliefs and attitudes with a note of hostility towards the collective national identity ."
Marcel Şaitis was the only one who constantly visited the teenager in prison. He brought him food and money. The German consul visited twice. Ensemble responded that with Toby's majority, he lacked "the legal basis for contact." “The knife attack on the deceased on April 12 was not foreseeable. Dramatic incidents, such as that of Toby in Romania, are an absolute exception," stated the Youth Office. The question of responsibility is the main stake, from now on. The boys of the murdered woman and her grandson demanded damages of 2.5 million euros. They named, through their lawyer, the German state, the Şaitis family and the boy's mother as civilly responsible parties. Later, they asked to put Ensemble on this list, but the judge rejected the request, saying that there was no legal basis.
While in prison with Riley, Riley thrived, but Toby did not. Riley was a charming, funny, charismatic man, and Toby was merely a shell of a man. Disgusting and outcasted, he was often a victim to bullies and abuse while in the penitentiary at Aiud. The 18-year-old's left hand is now covered in faded ink tattoos: an X on four of his fingers, a swastika on his wrist, and written on his forearm is "764", "6996," and "Necro." His probation officer also wrote in the report that Toby had "marks on his hand", as a result of self-mutilation. He mentioned that "in the past, he's cut his hand, and inflicted wounds that hurt him." In the months before the murder, Toby stayed up all night, "slept for five hours", and hardly left his room. The facts "In order to be appreciated and to provide content with a high degree of violence within the online groups he was part of, on 30.03.2022, the defendant decided to kill an elderly person," this began the initial international investigation of 764.
At the end of February this year, the German state filed a memorandum, through a law firm in Sibiu, in which it asked the court to reject as unfounded the application requesting its introduction as a civilly responsible party in the process. He argued that "at no time did he have the obligation to supervise the minor." The problem is that no one wants to hear from him anymore, not even the German state. As if this child is nobody's", says Marcel Șatiș. Riley was released after a few months, but Toby remains in prison to this day. He should be out in 2037-38, that's his max sentence though. Who knows.

The alleged leader of the "Maniac Murder Cult", 20-year-old Michail "Commander Butcher" Chkhikvishvili, was arrested in Moldovaand extradited to New York where he faces federal hate crime charges for plotting to poison Jewish children.
In April 2022, 17-year-old member Nino Luciano H., known as "Tobbz", livestreamed himself stabbing a 74-year-old woman, whom he believed to be Roma, to death in Mediaș, Romania on a 764-affiliated Discord server. This was allegedly so he could "prove himself" as a member of the "Maniac Murder Cult". Nino Luciano H. was born in Germany but was raised by a foster family in the nearby village of Dumbrăveni, Romania. Two months prior, he livestreamed himself attacking an 82-year-old man. He was sentenced to 14 years in prison in August 2023. He had tattoos of an X on four of his fingers, a swastika on his wrist, "Necro" written on his forearm, and "764" and "6996" on his arms.
In October 2023, a 14-year-old boy known as "Slain", who was a member of 764 and ran an offshoot named "No Lives Matter", was arrested after livestreaming eight attacks and three stabbings in Hässelby, Sweden.
Reactions
Law enforcement
According to Der Spiegel, 764-related arrests have been made for child pornography, kidnapping and murder in at least eight countries, including two men in Germany. The FBI estimates that thousands of children have fallen prey to 764 and similar groups. The Australian Federal Police claimed that they were intensifying efforts to disrupt networks linked to 764.
In September 2023, the FBI published a bulletin warning the public of the network. The Canadian RCMP published two advisories about the network in July and August 2024.
In November 2021, 22-year-old Angel Almeida of Queens, N.Y., was arrested for his implication in the network and possession of a firearm while being a felon. Found inside Almeida's house was a bloodied piece of paper with a sketch of the Zodiac Killer alongside runic symbols and other memorabilia of the Order of Nine Angles. Almeida's arrest tipped off law enforcement on the 764 network. In December 2023, 18-year-old Kalana "vore" Limkin of Honolulu, Hawaii, was arrested for running a 764 splinter group.
In March 2023, 17-year-old founder Bradley Chance Cadenhead pled guilty to nine counts of possession of child pornography. An Erath County judge sentenced Cadenhead to an 80-year state prison sentence, citing his self-described status as a "cult leader". After Cadenhead's arrest in August 2021, the group was led by 21-year-old from Timișoara, Romania named Francesco (nicknamed "Riley"). He was sentenced to three years in prison in August 2023 for production of child pornography, with the Romanian DIICOTciting the fact that he "subscribed to antisocial values from the Maniac Murder Cult".
In March 2023, 18-year-old member Cameron Finnigan of Horsham, U.K., was arrested and charged for plotting to attack a homeless person. He pled guilty to charges of encouraging or assisting suicide, possession of indecent images and two counts of criminal damage.
In January 2024, the Brazilian Federal Police arrested two teenage leaders of a suspected splinter group in Ananindeua, Pará and Tabatinga, Amazonas. The operation led by the federal police, codenamed "Discórdia", carried out seven search warrants in five Brazilian states.
In January 2024, 47-year-old member Richard Anthony Reyna Densmore of Kaleva, Michigan, was indicted on federal child pornography charges. Densmore, who was known as "Rabid" and ran a splinter group named "Sew3r", was later sentenced to 30 years in prison after pleading guilty.Following Densmore's sentencing, Matthew G. Olsen of the Justice Department's National Security Division said that the group sought to do "unspeakable harm to children to advance their goals of destroying civilized society, fomenting civil unrest, and ultimately collapsing government institutions", he also classified the network as a "transnational threat".
In February 2024, a 14-year-old from Lethbridge, Alberta who was linked to the network was arrested on charges of distributing child pornography, non-consensual distribution of intimate images, and possession of explosives.
In March 2024, 24-year-old Kyle William Spitze of Friendsville, Tennessee, who was known as "criminal" on the network, was indicted on federal child pornography charges. Spitze had garnered notoriety in 2023 for a video of his stepfather shooting him in the ear during an altercation. In October 2024, New South Wales Police announced the arrest of 28-year-old Jake Thomas Vandermeel and a 14-year-old boy in Western Australia in connection with the network.

In August 2024, U.S. Senator Mark Warner (D-VA) pressed Discord regarding their "safeguard minors and stop the proliferation of violent predatory groups" in response to the FBI bulletin regarding 764.
learned to produce child pornography on a sextortion Discord server named CVLT.[10][12][18] CVLT, which was founded in 2019, often blackmailed victims into self-harm and producing child pornography for commercial gain.[19] According to Unicorn Riot, CVLT was founded by a Discord user known as "Rohan" and is believed to have lived in France.[19]
In February 2021, a member of CVLT, 22-year-old Kaleb Christopher Merritt of Spring, Texas, kidnapped and raped a 12-year-old girl in Virginia.[20][19][16] It was around this time that 764 began leveraging animal torture, incest, rape, self-harm, and bestiality from their victims.[1][13][15]
In 2021, a Minnesota man who was stranded in Kyrgyzstan performed self-immolation for an audience on Discord. He had been encouraged to broadcast his suicide by a 15-year-old Eastern European girl he met online who had links to 764.[21]
In November 2021, 22-year-old Angel Almeida of Queens, N.Y., was arrested for his implication in the network and possession of a firearm while being a felon.[22][23] Found inside Almeida's house was a bloodied piece of paper with a sketch of the Zodiac Killer alongside runic symbols and other memorabilia of the Order of Nine Angles.[22] Almeida's arrest tipped off law enforcement on the 764 network.[23] In December 2023, 18-year-old Kalana "vore" Limkin of Honolulu, Hawaii, was arrested for running a 764 splinter group.[11][24][9]
CVLT and Legion sought ideological inspiration from the Order of Nine Angles (O9A). This involved the adoption of various esoteric ideas and tenets including neo-Nazism, Western esotercism, Satanism, and Wicca and making apparent "blood oathes" to Satan.[23][22] The network later entered a "partnership" with the neo-fascist Ukrainian "Maniac Murder Cult", which gained notoriety for attacks against homeless people.[25][24][15] The alleged leader of the "Maniac Murder Cult", 20-year-old Michail "Commander Butcher" Chkhikvishvili, was arrested in Moldova and extradited to New York where he faces federal hate crime charges for plotting to poison Jewish children.[26]
In April 2022, 17-year-old member Nino Luciano H., known as "Tobbz", livestreamed himself stabbing a 74-year-old woman, whom he believed to be Roma, to death in Mediaș, Romania on a 764-affiliated Discord server.[25][27][28] This was allegedly so he could "prove himself" as a member of the "Maniac Murder Cult".[25] Nino Luciano H. was born in Germany but was raised by a foster family in the nearby village of Dumbrăveni, Romania.[28][25] Two months prior, he livestreamed himself attacking an 82-year-old man.[12] He was sentenced to 14 years in prison in August 2023.[12] He had tattoos of an X on four of his fingers, a swastika on his wrist, "Necro" written on his forearm, and "764" and "6996" on his arms.[12][29]
In October 2023, a 14-year-old boy known as "Slain", who was a member of 764 and ran an offshoot named "No Lives Matter", was arrested after livestreaming eight attacks and three stabbings in Hässelby, Sweden.[30][31][32]In September 2023, the FBI published a bulletin warning the public of the network.[33] The Canadian RCMP published two advisories about the network in July and August 2024.[6][5]
In March 2023, 17-year-old founder Bradley Chance Cadenhead pled guilty to nine counts of possession of child pornography.[34] An Erath County judge sentenced Cadenhead to an 80-year state prison sentence, citing his self-described status as a "cult leader".[35][10] After Cadenhead's arrest in August 2021, the group was led by 21-year-old from Timișoara, Romania named Francesco (nicknamed "Riley").[12] He was sentenced to three years in prison in August 2023 for production of child pornography, with the Romanian DIICOT citing the fact that he "subscribed to antisocial values from the Maniac Murder Cult".[25][12]
In March 2023, 18-year-old member Cameron Finnigan of Horsham, U.K., was arrested and charged for plotting to attack a homeless person.[36] He pled guilty to charges of encouraging or assisting suicide, possession of indecent images and two counts of criminal damage.[37]
In January 2024, the Brazilian Federal Police arrested two teenage leaders of a suspected splinter group in Ananindeua, Pará and Tabatinga, Amazonas.[38][24] The operation led by the federal police, codenamed "Discórdia", carried out seven search warrants in five Brazilian states.[38]
In January 2024, 47-year-old member Richard Anthony Reyna Densmore of Kaleva, Michigan, was indicted on federal child pornography charges.[2] Densmore, who was known as "Rabid" and ran a splinter group named "Sew3r", was later sentenced to 30 years in prison after pleading guilty.[39][17] Following Densmore's sentencing, Matthew G. Olsen of the Justice Department's National Security Division said that the group sought to do "unspeakable harm to children to advance their goals of destroying civilized society, fomenting civil unrest, and ultimately collapsing government institutions", he also classified the network as a "transnational threat".[40][13]
In February 2024, a 14-year-old from Lethbridge, Alberta who was linked to the network was arrested on charges of distributing child pornography, non-consensual distribution of intimate images, and possession of explosives.[41][42]
In March 2024, 24-year-old Kyle William Spitze of Friendsville, Tennessee, who was known as "criminal" on the network, was indicted on federal child pornography charges.[19][43] Spitze had garnered notoriety in 2023 for a video of his stepfather shooting him in the ear during an altercation.[43] In October 2024, New South Wales Police announced the arrest of 28-year-old Jake Thomas Vandermeel and a 14-year-old boy known as Yuri "Lack" Yang in Western Australia in connection with the network.[44][14]
In December 2024, 764 member Baron "Convict" Martin, 20, of Tucson, Arizona was arrested for production of child porn. According to US Justice Department Martin also forced multiple children to mutilate themselves in addition to sexual abuse, for example "Martin directed [a] minor child to cut certain designs into her body to include swastikas and satanic symbols". Martin allegedly paid $3,000 to have his minor victim's grandmother murdered.[45]
