American socialists is not a subset of American liberals. This categorization is inappropriate, and I've moved it up, although I question the entire scheme. --lquilter14:49, 19 January 2007 (UTC)Reply
John Steinbeck needs to be added to the list. Despite the fact that he renounced some, but not all, of his socialist beliefs late in life. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Shumich (talk • contribs) 01:36, 19 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
bell hooks always spelled her name with all lower case. This article has her listed as "Bell hooks" which seems weirdly mixed. Either we ought to go "bell hooks" or "Bell Hooks" but mixing it just strikes me as strange. I am not sure what the style guide says about this. --Stryc9 11:45, 17 October 2013 (CTN) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Davidallenhayes (talk • contribs)
