James "Bimby" Aquino Yap Jr. (Tagalog: [ˈbimbɪ aˈkino jɐp]; born April 19, 2007) is a Filipino media personality and former child actor. He made his film debut in My Little Bossings (2013).[4]

Early life

Yap was born to television host and actress Kris Aquino and basketball player James Yap. When he was 3 years old, they were separated and eventually annulled when he was 4.

Personal life

He is currently home-schooled.[5] In 2016, he experienced a concussion on the head.[6] In October 2020, Yap was reported to be 6 feet (1.8 m) tall (nearly as tall as his father) and still growing, according to an Instagram post by his mother Kris Aquino.[7]

Career

Before Yap's movie debut in My Little Bossings, he first appeared in TV commercials and billboards together with his mother, such as Nido and San Marino Corned Tuna.
