Assistance Dogs International

Assistance Dogs International is a global network of non-profit organizations headquartered in Maumee, Ohio,[1] that supports assistance dog users and their dogs. It was founded in 1986 when seven organizations came together to form the network. Member organizations include Pacific Assistance Dog Society[2] and Paws with a Cause[3] The member organizations must meet criteria for training and placing dogs.[4] The Assistance Dogs International values member service, collaboration, excellence, dog health & welfare, and respect.
