Ammalo helops is a moth of the family Erebidae first described by Pieter Cramer in 1775. It is found in Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Honduras, Panama, Jamaica, Cuba, Haiti, Grenada, Trinidad, Amazonas, Brazil, Venezuela, Suriname, Peru and Colombia.[1]
