Aleksandr Nikolayevich Kosinets (Russian: Александр Николаевич Косинец; born 27 May 1959) is a Belarusian politician serving as deputy chairman of the All-Belarusian People's Assembly since 2024.[1] From 2014 to 2016, he served as Chief of Staff to the President.[2] From 2008 to 2014, he served as governor of the Vitebsk Region.[3]
