The 2024 Penn State Nittany Lions football team represents Pennsylvania State University in the Big Ten Conference during the 2024 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Nittany Lions are led by head coach James Franklin,[1] who is in his 11th year. Their home stadium is Beaver Stadium in College Township, Pennsylvania, with a mailing address of University Park. Following a 44–7 win against Maryland, and a 13–10 Michigan win over Ohio State in the final week of the regular season, the Nittany Lions clinched their first Big Ten Championship appearance since 2016, which they lost against the Oregon Ducks.
