Falkner has career-high WTA rankings of 397 in singles and 250 in doubles.[1]

Partnering Matilda Mutavdzic, she was runner-up in the girls' doubles at the 2021 Portorož Open, losing to Alex Eala and Priska Madelyn Nugroho in the final.[2][3]

Falkner made her WTA Tour main-draw debut at the 2021 Portorož Open, after receiving a wildcard, losing in the first round to Aleksandra Krunić.[4]
