Wouter van der Steen (born 3 June 1990) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Eerste Divisie club Helmond Sport. He formerly played for Heerenveen and Den Bosch.[1]

Club career
editVan der Steen started his professional career with Eerste Divisie club Helmond Sport, where he was the starting goalkeeper from 2012 to 2016.[2]
In 2016, he joined Eredivisie side Heerenveen.[2] In the summer of 2018, he chose not to extend his contract with the club as he struggled to secure the position of their first-choice goalkeeper.[3]
On 19 June 2023, Van der Steen agreed to return to Helmond Sport on a two-year deal.[4]
