These reports will be available for subprojects and task forces when the next database dump is complete. Right now they'll be an error report like Wikipedia:WikiProject Philadelphia Phillies/Cleanup listing, but once the new dump is complete it should be fine. This is purely because the category Category:Philadelphia Phillies articles wasn't created when the last dump was complete.
