We cannot know what these people are talking about, but testosterone appears to play a role in both sexual motivation (see Effects of hormones on sexual motivation § Testosterone) and in the physiological process of achieving an erection[1][2][3] (see also Erectile dysfunction § Testosterone).  --Lambiam 06:38, 30 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
