The article you linked titled supply-side economics explicitly mentions Milton Friedman and his contributions to the theory. this source mentions Milton Friedman many times. The Wikipedia article Reaganomics (the specific form of supply-side economics that dominated American thinking during the 1980s) mentions Volker and his contributions do.
