Draft: Don Peretz

edit

Hello! Im curious of my draft :Don Peretz" will ever be published? I made it in late March and I was hoping if I can get an estimate when it will be published. If not I'd love to know what I can do to improve it to get it Published.

Thank you, Peter — Preceding unsigned comment added by Peterglynn123 (talkcontribs) 00:22, 24 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

References cannot include web pages from the subject itself. If you remove the web pages from Don Peretz, you have one mention on All Music, which is not notable, and a very brief mention that Don Peretz had a gig in New York, which is not notable. That doesn't meant that he won't break through and become notable. He might. Right now, the references you have don't support notability. I'm not even a drummer, and I can get a gig in New York and have someone mention it in a small online news article. 209.149.113.5 (talk) 12:29, 24 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Wikipedia:Notability (music)#Criteria for musicians and ensembles might help. Right now, I agree with the above poster – Don is not notable per these criteria. --Viennese Waltz 13:42, 24 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
If the subject ever does prove to be notable by Wikipedia standards, those items could be included in a section called "External links", for further reading rather than rigorous references. ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots09:49, 26 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
