"Name" of a film meme ?

Slow motion (a must!), (usually) she walks/runs and sensually "shaking" her hear hair - as seen by a man, longing for her.

But also - comically - with men: Prince Charming in Shreck, Flanders (moustache) drinking milk, geologist Bert (entering cafeteria, labcoat flying, as seen by Sheldon).
